Job Description:

The role of the Inside Sales & Service Advisor is to seek out the needs of the customers and their families to encourage them to see our services as an integral part of the health/well care needs of their family members in long-term care facilities. You will call on social service professionals, physicians, nurses and other providers of care (via telephone or in person) and seek referrals from them to individuals with family members in care. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining on-going high quality relationships with referral sources in the medical & healthcare community and educating them in the use and application of our services.

The Inside Sales & Service Advisor is responsible for maintaining expert product knowledge in order to answer questions, provide solutions, facilitate the application process and follow up with interested customers in order to market our services.

  • Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a predetermined number of referrals and set-ups from referral sources per month.
  • Strong desire to be recognized and rewarded based upon your sales results.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Previous healthcare sales experience with the ability to be self motivated and self directed is a definite plus. Previous experience selling in the medical, home health care or health insurance field preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task with a national calling plan, computer skills, email and a high speed Internet connection is a must.
  • Communication skills that are clear and professional.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, competitive and goal driven.
