Our Senior Management Team

Clyent Myrie, CEO

Clyent Myrie has worked with the senior population since 1994. He earned a Masters Degree in Community Health with sub specializations in Health Policy and Administration. Mr. Myrie is an accomplished professional and manager.  

Mr. Myrie started Ovation Health out of his desire to serve others.  After working with seniors in various healthcare settings he saw the potential for abuse that many seniors faced. He also noted that many families were totally unprepared for the aging of their parents and loved ones. Darcel Forde, COO shared the passion of service and joined the company.

He previously served as a Senior Health Executive with First Option Health Plan and Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark New Jersey. He successfully started and ran several organizations and businesses. Clyent has worked closely with health plans and the hospitals while serving as a Medicare HMO / In-Hospital Liaison.  

Clyent has had previous experience as a caseworker and a coordinator for terminally ill individuals. As a caseworker and a coordinator he developed innovative and effective field protocols to increase patient compliance. One of his most important roles was in assisting patients with obtaining the appropriate levels of care.

Darcel Forde, COO

Ms. Forde carries a wealth of health and social service experience. Ms. Forde has a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and a Masters degree in Organizational Management. She has served as an Admissions Director and Social Worker. She works closely with nursing staff to develop a strategic plan to analyze demographics, incidence data, admission and discharge information, and other key data to develop processes and design a strategic patient plan that families can use.

Ms. Forde became particularly interested in senior care after her parents became ill and she was tasked with taking care of them. She realized that families are facing critical issues in regards to the care of their loved ones. She now prides herself on helping families navigate the complexities of caring for a senior. Darcel brings professionalism in the management of our staff and is an integral part of Ovation Health.
